Privacy Policy

Last updated October 23, 2026

Keep On Line is provided by NextGen Software LLC. This policy covers the game and its accompanying website.

Your progress stays with you. You do not need an account to play. Progress and game settings stay on your device. If you choose to connect Apple Game Center, finished Endless distances are shared with Apple for its leaderboard. We do not operate a cloud save service or receive your gameplay history on our own servers.

Game data on your device

The game stores best distances, gems, unlocked worlds and marbles, challenge completion, daily results, tutorial completion, daily mission progress, daily gift claim dates and streaks, the last score-card bonus claim date, selected trails, a local recording of your best endless run, review-request timing, and sound, background music, volume, haptic and camera preferences locally. This storage makes your progress available the next time you play. The complete save and ghost recording stay on your device. Selected gameplay measurements are sent to Google as described below.

The public website is a promotional site and does not offer gameplay or save game progress. Deleting the mobile app removes its local game data; device backups managed by your platform provider may retain a copy. Local saves do not automatically transfer between devices.

Purchases through Apple and Google Play

When purchases are available, Apple processes iOS payments using your Apple Account and Google Play processes Android payments using your Google account. The app checks verified transaction and entitlement information to unlock items and restore eligible purchases. We do not receive your payment card details. Purchased lives are credited to an on-device balance when a verified transaction is delivered. Each use deducts one life. Consumed lives are not restored as permanent purchases; we do not regrant previously spent lives. The app stores purchase identifiers, signed purchase receipts or transaction identifiers, and a delivery ledger locally to recognize ownership and prevent duplicate life grants. Apple and Google may retain purchase records after you delete the app. See Apple’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy.

Gameplay and ad measurement (Firebase Analytics)

The mobile app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand engagement, retention, gameplay outcomes and advertising revenue. Depending on consent and device settings, Google receives an app-instance identifier, device/app information, approximate location, sessions and engagement, tutorial progress, selected world, game mode, challenge number, control type, run distance, gems earned, active play duration, crashes on the course, continue choices, and ad load/show/reward results. Linked AdMob reports supply advertising impressions, interactions and actual revenue. We do not send names, email addresses, Game Center identifiers, purchase receipts, challenge links, course seeds or ghost recordings as custom events.

Analytics storage starts denied. Google’s consent tools apply granular choices where required; outside those regions the app applies storage defaults after consent status is resolved. ATT permission remains separate. The website and isolated development/StoreKit Lab builds do not use this gameplay analytics. Google processes data under its Privacy Policy. For privacy or deletion requests, contact info@nextgensoftware.us; additional information may be needed to identify relevant records.

Firebase also measures supported in-app purchase events, including product identifiers, names, price and currency. These measurements do not include your payment card details, and we do not send purchase receipts as custom analytics events.

Optional advertising

The iOS and Android game includes Google AdMob rewarded videos and occasional ads between runs. Development builds use Google’s test ad units; production releases may show live ads. This website does not offer gameplay or serve AdMob ads.

In a release where ads are enabled, Google may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP addresses, device and app information, identifiers where permitted, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. The game currently requests non-personalized ads; those ads can still involve data processing.

Where required, a consent message is shown before requesting ads. In an ad-enabled release, use Settings → Ad privacy choices to review the available choices. You can also manage tracking permissions in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The iOS game may request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission before initializing advertising. If you allow it, advertising partners may access the advertising identifier to measure ads across apps and websites, subject to your other ad-consent choices. Declining does not prevent gameplay or purchases. The system remembers your choice, and you can change it in iOS Settings. The game continues to request non-personalized ads; tracking permission does not override other consent choices. Android advertising identifiers may be processed by Google’s advertising SDK where permitted; manage ad privacy in your device settings.

For Google’s practices and choices, read Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from apps and websites that use its services.

Optional Apple Game Center

On iPhone, you can choose Connect to Game Center in Settings or My progress to share finished Endless distances with Apple’s leaderboard. Apple processes your Game Center account identity, display name and submitted scores under its own privacy terms. Daily Line, Challenges, practice, debug sessions and Store Lab results are not submitted. Failed score submissions are kept locally for retry under the same Game Center player identifier. You can turn off future score sharing in the game’s Settings; this does not remove scores already held by Apple. Game Center does not sync gems, lives or the rest of your save, and you can play without connecting.

Sharing a friend challenge

Creating a score card shows a preview containing your gameplay image, distance, world and earned gems. Creating an eligible card can award a daily gem bonus; sending it is optional. Choosing Share opens your device’s share sheet with the image and course link, or downloads the card and copies the link in the private browser preview. Android stores a reusable score-card image in the app cache; you can remove it by clearing the app cache or deleting the app. A challenge link includes a course seed, world, target distance and route version. It does not include your name, contact details or ghost recording. Nothing is sent to a friend until you choose to share it. Anyone with the link can view its challenge details.

The website and support

When you visit a hosted version of this website, the hosting provider may process standard request information, including IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times, to deliver and secure the site. We do not use a separate website analytics service. The promotional website does not store game progress.

Optional YouTube trailers

The video player loads only when you choose Watch gameplay. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embedded player. Watching connects your browser to YouTube, which processes information under Google’s Privacy Policy. Closing the player removes the embed and stops playback.

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your contact details and description of the issue. We use it to respond and resolve your request, and retain it only as needed for that purpose or applicable obligations. Please do not send passwords or payment card details.

Your choices and requests

You can remove local progress by deleting the app. This does not erase Apple’s or Google’s purchase records or data held independently by an advertising provider. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have sent us. We may need enough information to verify and respond to a request. Available rights depend on where you live.

Children

We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

Policy updates

We will update this page and its date when our practices change. Material changes may also be explained in the app.
